God, I thank You for the revelation of who You are. With that knowledge, I will remember to ask all things in Your name: the name of Jesus. You are the first and the last, the Alpha and Omega and beside You there is no other. With Your death on the cross, You have purchased the opportunity for me to enter into eternal covenant with You through obedience to Your Word, thus giving me access to the power of Your name.

John 16:23–24 " In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.  Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete."
